Tom is an economic consultant who leverages his interdisciplinary background to deliver robust solutions for his clients.

Specialising in economic analysis and decision tools for infrastructure and natural resource projects, Tom brings a critical eye and genuine passion to every project he works on. Tom’s work is focused on contributing to robust cost-benefit analysis and decision-making frameworks across Aither’s infrastructure service. This includes cost benefit analysis, non-market valuation, demand studies, strategy formulation, policy advice and regulatory and pricing reviews.

Tom has academic qualifications in economics, data science and environmental science. This provides him with a broad foundation in the disciplines required to understand and deliver complex resource allocation projects. This combination of perspectives supports his ability to communicate insights to stakeholders from varying backgrounds.

Aither’s core business intersects with Tom’s personal and professional interests, namely economic analysis, resource management and the natural environment. When not helping clients in the office, you can generally catch Tom somewhere outdoors.
