This includes cost benefit analysis, non-market valuation, demand studies, strategy formulation, policy advice and regulatory and pricing reviews.

Tom has academic qualifications in economics, data science and environmental science. This provides him with a broad foundation in the disciplines required to understand and deliver complex resource allocation projects.
