He is passionate about providing insights which are well researched and concise and that will achieve environmentally and socially sustainable outcomes for clients.

Ellis attended the Australian National University where they received a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. This background has given them an understanding of the importance of policy and economics in shaping the way individuals and institutions behave. Prior to Aither, his work as an analyst has provided him with an ability to work through tasks in a methodical and effective manner. He is able to assess data and provide clear and concise solutions to a range of issues.

Ellis is friendly and personable, which allows him to work well in a team. Driven by a desire to learn and improve, he listens and takes onboard feedback from colleagues and clients. Ellis’s passion for water extends beyond the office. In his spare time, you can find him in the ocean swimming, surfing, and exploring new beaches.
