Get to know Emma

Emma is an experienced environmental policy practitioner and project manager who brings an analytical and critical approach to complex systems.

Emma is passionate about responsible and equitable environmental management. Specialising in evaluation and strategy development, Emma’s experience includes MER framework development and evaluations, strategy and policy review, and business case development. She has worked on complex environmental management policy problems in regional, state, national and international contexts, with a particular focus on the emergency management and water management sectors. Emma works with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders from both the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining Aither, Emma worked in academic research and as a consultant in various sectors including emergency management, infrastructure, education, health and the energy sector.

Emma’s outgoing nature and commitment to building positive relationships shines through in her work. Her approach to client and stakeholder engagement is underpinned by respect and collaboration. She values clear communication and maintains a focus on stakeholder outcomes.
