With extensive experience in and passion for nature, and the circular economy, and her accomplishments working in and on emerging markets across government and the private sector, Nic brings a unique combination of skills and experience to Aither’s Resilience and Adaptation team.

Nic works with clients to translate high level objectives, strategy and theory into actions and outcomes that help organisations achieve their nature and circular economy related ambitions efficiently and effectively. She specialises in role of government analysis and advice; policy and market design; pilot management (testing new mechanisms and processes); and the evaluation or review of projects, programs and policy.

Prior to working with Aither, Nic was managing the beta testing of a circular economy marketplace: a resource ‘matchmaking’ platform that is a joint venture between ASPIRE, Planet Ark and Excess Materials Exchange in the Netherlands. She was previously an Associate Director with Marsden Jacob, Pilot Manager with the Centre for Market Design at the University of Melbourne and delivered in several senior economic and policy advisory roles across the Victorian Government, including as Manager, Economic Design and for Victoria’s Department of Sustainability and Environment. While on maternity leave, Nic founded a startup, Bizzibrains, and published two award winning interactive story book apps on the AppStore.

Nic values connections with people, her community and the environment. She embodies integrity, sharing information, connecting ideas and making use of new technology where it adds value.
