Alexandra has over 15 years’ experience working as a Human Resource Generalist within the professional services, publishing, health, and advertising industries. She has delivered on numerous people related activities and initiatives from talent development, change management, industrial relations and diversity and inclusion. Prior to joining Aither, Alexandra provided consulting services to a variety of small to medium businesses and in some cases helped build the HR function from the ground up.

Backed by a Master of Human Resource Management, a Master of Science (International Business) and an Honours Degree in German, Alexandra is adaptable, goal driven and enjoys working with a team to deliver on strategic priorities. Her educational background coupled with her experience in a variety of industries has allowed her to expand her skill set into operations, whilst continuing to deliver on key human resource strategies.

Outside of the office, Alexandra loves to travel and spend time with her family.
