Justin draws on his knowledge of policy, economics, strategy and finance to deliver insights that guide better investment decision-making. Justin has 15 years of experience working in the water and natural resource management sector in Australia and internationally and has worked with the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

Justin is passionate about the opportunities to value, fund and finance natural capital. He has previously delivered engagements including economic analysis, environmental market design, business cases and financing advice for natural capital investments in multiple domains including water, coasts, forestry, biodiversity, agriculture and land management.

Prior to joining Aither, Justin most recently worked as Senior Policy Advisor to the Minister for Water, Western Australia where he provided policy and strategy advice on water and irrigated agricultural development. Justin has qualifications in Science and Environmental Engineering, for which he was awarded the Centre for Groundwater Studies Honours Prize. He was also awarded National Dux of his post-graduate studies in Applied Finance and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
