Henry is recognised for his experience in strategy development, corporate planning and implementation.

Henry began his career with Deloitte as part of their Transformation and Operations team, where he honed his skills in strategy development and implementation. He has undertaken a range of large and complex strategic projects across different sectors. His experience includes strategic analysis of the organisation’s operating environment, existing systems and the expected future trajectories, and identifying gaps and opportunities between the future operating environment, current state and expected trajectory.

Henry grew up on a farm in New South Wales and has first hand experience of the challenges of water resource management. Henry has a well-rounded strategy consulting skillset that combines both his professional experience and lived experience. He values continuous learning and working in collaborative teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
