Sally supports clients through policy analysis and development, regulatory compliance and drafting, and stakeholder engagement. She enjoys collaborating with clients to attain sustainable and resilient environmental and water sector outcomes in the face of an evolving climate.

Sally combines expertise and experience across natural resource management, environmental policy and law, and conservation science. Her breadth of experience allows her to effectively and rapidly interpret and analyse complex regulatory and policy settings across a range of water and environment issues.

Sally has a background in biodiversity and conservation research and brings advanced research and analytical techniques to projects to provide meaningful insights that support better decisions. As a Research Assistant, she utilised geographic and environmental data to predict the distribution and abundance of vulnerable species across NSW in response to climate change. In 2021, she pursued a Master of Environmental Law and Environmental Science. While completing her studies, Sally undertook legal and policy research for Aither across a number of projects spanning the water, agricultural and food sectors before joining Aither on a permanent basis in 2022.

Employing a thoughtful yet adaptable approach to project management and execution, Sally ensures that her work delivers clear and actionable insights to clients that is backed by robust evidence and analysis.
