Stephanie is a member of Aither’s Water Markets Team, she is a Senior Consultant and based in Canberra/Sydney, dedicated to providing expert advice on environmental, social, and economic outcomes for water resources. Stephanie also provides expert analysis on the Murray-Darling Basin, water markets policy.

Stephanie’s public sector experience and deep subject matter knowledge, combined with her analytical and presentation skills ensure high quality deliverables for her clients.

Prior to joining Aither, Stephanie worked at the Commonwealth Treasury where she led fiscal policy as it relates to water reform, Murray-Darling Basin, and water infrastructure. Utilizing her analytical and advisory skills for policy development and evaluation, she helped deliver federal budgets and economic updates. Previous to her time at Treasury, she worked at the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment.

Stephanie attended Sydney University where she received her Bachelor of Political, Economic, and Social Sciences, Graduate Diploma of Public Policy, and Master of Political Economy. During this time she undertook her master’s thesis on the impacts of climate change and neoliberal policy on water security and water management.
